Thank you for the prompt reply, however having taken two days to get the laptop to even install the Win10 upgrade due to unknown issues, I realized I have run out of patience and so rolled back the update and went back to 8.

The manufacturer of both the PC Samsung and of the adapter Qualcomm Atheros were my first checks do not have any updates available. I will wait for the development teams to fix this issue and reinstall Win10 then.
